Shipping and Returns

How long does my order take to ship?

Our processing time is usually 3-5 days, not including holidays and weekends. During the holiday season it can be up to 6-10 days. During the summer months, packages will be mailed Mondays-Wednesdays to ensure delivery by the weekend given the sensitivity of some items to warmer temperatures. What is your return policy? 

Returns are not accepted due to the personal nature of these products.  However, if you have received damaged merchandise, please contact us within four business days of receipt to arrange for its return and replacement.

Do you offer pick up or delivery?

If you live within a 25 mile radius of Nashua, IA, delivery/order pick up is an option. At checkout, if your address is within 25 miles of Nashua, three options appear. You may have the item shipped via USPS, pay a $5.00 delivery fee, or pickup your order free of charge. We will contact you to arrange a time and day for pick up of your order.

Do you offer international shipping?

International shipping is not available at this time.
